About
Front desks that never clock out.
Enso Integration LLC builds AI voice, email, and SMS agents for the people who keep buildings running — the teams who lease and manage them, and the crews who fix them.
One team, one core, two front lines
We started from a simple observation: the people who answer the phone for a building — whether that's a leasing office or a trade shop — are doing the same underlying job. Listen, ask the right question, act, and know when to bring in a human. So we built one agent core for that job, and trained it two different ways.
Enso PM is that core trained for property management — leasing conversations, tenant maintenance requests, tour scheduling. Enso FM is the same core trained for after-hours trade dispatch — urgency triage, site access, on-call routing. Different products, different customers, same team behind both, same standard for how we build.
What we're building toward
Four things every Enso agent is built to do, regardless of which front line it's trained for.
Streamline the process
Every call, text, and email gets handled the same way, start to finish — no juggling between a phone, an inbox, and a text thread to piece together what actually happened.
Enable more sales
A missed call is a tour that doesn't get booked, or a job that goes to whoever picked up first. Enso answers so those conversations turn into booked tours and dispatched work orders instead of voicemail.
Lower operational cost
Every conversation Enso handles is one your team didn't have to staff for — after hours, on weekends, during the calls that used to interrupt everything else.
One connected ecosystem
The bigger goal: connect the systems a building runs on instead of leaving them siloed. Enso PM and Enso FM are the first two front lines on one shared core — the manager who takes the request on one side, the vendor who actually turns up on the other. Most of what we are building lives in the space between those two, and there is considerably more of it coming than the two products show today.
How we operate
We say what's true, not what sounds better
No certification claims we can't back up, no invented case studies. If we don't know, we say we don't know.
One core, built once
Enso PM and Enso FM aren't two codebases pretending to be related. The same agent core gets trained differently — bugs fixed once benefit both.
Set up honestly, or not at all
No named integration claims that aren't real. Enso FM says "connects to your dispatch board," not a system name we haven't actually shipped.

Visit Enso FMA note from the founder
I started Enso AI because the same problem shows up everywhere: a leasing office loses a tour to a missed call, a trade shop loses a job because nobody picked up after 6pm. The fix isn't more staff sitting by the phone — it's a front desk that never stops answering, wired into the tools a team already runs, so the business underneath gets faster and cheaper to operate instead of more complicated.
That's what we're building toward: every channel connected, every conversation turned into a real outcome — a tour booked, a job dispatched — and eventually one ecosystem instead of a pile of tools that don't talk to each other.
